Priority On-site Visit

All our customers who have signed up with Knowledge Link automatically get priority support over non-contract customers when a site visit is required to rectify an issue.

Priority on site visit guarantees we will have one of our technicians on-site and working on rectifying an issue within a pre-agreed time frame.


24 X 7 Mobile Helpdesk

Technical assistance via telephone is available anytime for product-specific questions on product features and specifications, installation, general configuration, basic troubleshooting, and usage. This service is to ensure your system and operations are running smooth even during the holidays.

When our systems engineers receive your call they will try to diagnose and provide you immediate solutions to address your problem. In the even the problem could not be solved the issue will be logged and a support visit will be scheduled.

Helpdesk services

Call our helpdesk for an immediate access to KLSB’s software support experts, who can answer your questions quickly and provide the help you need to solve your application issues. As our priority customer you are guaranteed an immediate respond as well as solution priority.

When a call for assistance is received at our Call Center via telephone or the SAF, the pertinent information is logged. The call is then routed to the appropriate technical team for response to the customer to initiate problem resolution procedures. The average response time to the customer through the Support Service manned by the Systems Engineers is almost immediate. It is only during peak periods that we can anticipate response between 45 to 90 minutes.
